Privacy first. Kiko keeps your check-ins, notes, letters and memories on your device. We have no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no servers that receive your personal content.
隐私优先。Kiko 的打卡、小纸条、时光信与记忆都保存在你的设备上。我们没有账号体系、没有广告、没有统计分析，也没有接收你个人内容的服务器。
1. Overview / 概述
Kiko: Habit Pet & Solar Terms (also known as "Kiko · 慢节气", "the App") is a gentle habit companion that follows the 24 solar terms. This policy explains what the App stores, what leaves your device, and the choices you have.
Kiko（中文名「Kiko · 慢节气」，以下简称「本应用」）是一款跟随二十四节气的习惯陪伴应用。本政策说明本应用保存哪些数据、哪些数据会离开你的设备，以及你拥有的选择。
2. Data stored on your device / 保存在设备上的数据
The following is created by you and stored only in the App's local storage on your iPhone:
- Daily check-ins, streaks, and custom habit tasks / 每日打卡、连续天数与自定义习惯
- Mood records, notes, memory fragments and letters to your future self / 心情记录、小纸条、记忆碎片与写给未来的信
- Anniversaries and countdown days / 纪念日与倒数日
- Your pet Kiko's growth progress, Qi, and collected items / 小龟 Kiko 的成长进度、灵气与收集内容
- Preferences such as language and breathing settings / 语言、呼吸练习等偏好设置
This data is not uploaded to us. Deleting the App removes it from your device. Because it is not backed up to our servers, we cannot recover it for you.
这些数据不会上传给我们。删除本应用即可从设备上清除；由于没有备份到我们的服务器，我们也无法帮你找回。
3. Data we do NOT collect / 我们不收集的数据
- Your name, email address, phone number, or any account credentials / 姓名、邮箱、手机号或任何账号凭据
- Your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone data / 位置、通讯录、照片、相机或麦克风数据
- Advertising identifiers; we do not show ads or track you across other apps and websites / 广告标识符；我们不投放广告，也不跨应用或网站追踪你
- Usage analytics or crash reports sent to our own servers / 发送到我们自有服务器的使用统计或崩溃报告
4. Subscriptions and RevenueCat / 订阅与 RevenueCat
Kiko offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Kiko Pro"). Payments are handled entirely by Apple; we never see your card or Apple ID details. To verify your subscription status, the App uses RevenueCat, a third-party service that receives an anonymous app user identifier, your purchase receipt and entitlement status, and basic device information needed to validate purchases. This information is not linked to your name or to the content you record in the App. RevenueCat processes it under its own privacy policy.
Kiko 提供可选的自动续期订阅（「Kiko Pro」）。付款完全由 Apple 处理，我们看不到你的银行卡或 Apple ID 信息。为校验订阅状态，本应用使用第三方服务 RevenueCat，它会接收匿名的应用用户标识、购买凭据与权益状态，以及校验购买所需的基础设备信息。这些信息不会与你的姓名或你在应用中记录的内容关联，RevenueCat 按其自身隐私政策处理。
5. Permissions / 权限
Kiko does not request access to your camera, microphone, photo library, location, contacts or notifications. If a future version adds any of these, we will explain why at the moment we ask, and update this policy.
Kiko 不会申请相机、麦克风、相册、定位、通讯录或通知权限。若未来版本加入这些功能，我们会在申请时说明原因，并同步更新本政策。
6. Sharing and sale of data / 数据共享与出售
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data. The only third party involved is RevenueCat (subscription validation, see above) and Apple (payments and App Store services).
我们不会出售、出租或共享你的个人数据。涉及的第三方仅有 RevenueCat（订阅校验，见上文）与 Apple（支付与 App Store 服务）。
7. Children / 儿童隐私
Kiko is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. Because the App does not collect personal data, there is nothing to delete on our side.
Kiko 并非面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集任何人的个人信息。由于本应用不收集个人数据，我们这一侧没有可供删除的内容。
8. Your choices / 你的选择
- Delete your local data at any time by deleting the App / 随时删除本应用以清除本地数据
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions / 在「设置 > [你的名字] > 订阅」中管理或取消订阅
- Ask us about privacy by email (below) / 通过下方邮箱咨询隐私问题
9. Changes to this policy / 政策更新
We may update this policy as the App evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
随着应用迭代，我们可能更新本政策，页面顶部的「最后更新」日期始终对应最新版本。
