1. Service Description
Prank Now provides AI-powered image editing tools for entertainment and creative use. Features include effect selection, image upload, result generation, and optional subscription upgrades.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, use of the App must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or harmful purposes. You are responsible for all content you upload and generate.
4. User Content
You retain rights to images you upload, subject to rights required for us to process generation requests and operate the service. You represent that you have legal rights to use content you submit.
5. Purchases & Subscriptions
- Billing is handled through Apple App Store in-app purchase flow
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled through Apple subscription settings
- Refunds are managed by Apple according to Apple policies
- We may use RevenueCat to manage entitlement synchronization
6. Availability & Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect output quality, or compatibility across all devices and networks.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.
9. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access if terms are violated or where necessary to protect the service, users, or legal obligations.
