1. Acceptance / 接受条款
These Terms of Use govern your use of Kiko: Habit Pet & Solar Terms ("the App"), developed by Sean ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
本使用条款适用于你对 Kiko: Habit Pet & Solar Terms（「本应用」，由 Sean 开发）的使用。安装或使用即表示你同意本条款；如不同意，请勿使用。
2. The service / 服务内容
Kiko lets you check in on daily habits, raise a pet turtle, practise guided breathing, keep memories and letters, and read about the 24 solar terms. Your records stay on your device. Poems and cultural notes are provided for enjoyment and general information.
Kiko 支持每日习惯打卡、养成小龟、跟随引导的呼吸练习、保存记忆与时光信，以及了解二十四节气。你的记录保存在设备上；诗词与文化小记仅供欣赏与一般参考。
3. Subscriptions (Kiko Pro) / 订阅（Kiko Pro）
Core features are free. We also offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock Kiko Pro features:
- Plans: monthly and yearly. The price is shown in the App before you subscribe and in your local currency. / 方案：按月、按年；订阅前会在应用内以当地货币显示价格。
- Billing: payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. / 计费：确认购买时从你的 Apple ID 扣款。
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. / 自动续期：除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续期，否则订阅会自动续订，并在周期结束前 24 小时内扣费。
- Manage or cancel: in iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. / 管理或取消：在「设置 > [你的名字] > 订阅」中操作；删除应用不会取消订阅。
- Free trial: if a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. / 免费试用：如提供试用，购买订阅时未用完的试用期将作废。
- Refunds: handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. / 退款：由 Apple 处理。
Subscriptions are also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
订阅同时适用 Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议（EULA）。
4. Your content and your data / 你的内容与数据
What you write in Kiko belongs to you and stays on your device. Back up your device regularly; if you delete the App or lose the device without a backup, we cannot restore your records. See the Privacy Policy.
你在 Kiko 中写下的内容归你所有，并保存在你的设备上。请定期备份设备；删除应用或丢失设备且无备份时，我们无法恢复记录。详见隐私政策。
5. Acceptable use / 使用规范
Do not reverse engineer, copy, resell or misuse the App, or interfere with its operation or with the App Store's subscription system.
请勿对本应用进行逆向工程、复制、转售或滥用，也不要干扰其运行或 App Store 订阅系统。
6. Intellectual property / 知识产权
The App, including its artwork, characters, text and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Classical poems quoted in the App are in the public domain.
本应用及其美术、角色、文字与设计归我们或授权方所有，授权你个人非商业使用。应用中引用的古典诗词属于公有领域作品。
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability / 免责与责任限制
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of locally stored data.
本应用按「现状」提供，不附带任何形式的担保。在法律允许范围内，对因使用本应用产生的间接或后果性损失（包括本地数据丢失），我们不承担责任。
8. Changes / 条款变更
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
我们可能更新本条款；更新后继续使用即视为接受修订后的条款。
